ODU UK is administered by an Executive Committee who are charged with the ultimate responsibility of managing and overseeing the affairs of the association. Their activities are supervised and governed by Trustees. The Trustees are the governing body of the association. They have ultimate decision-making power for the association ensuring that it is accountable and carrying out its purposes as defined by the governing document and the law, and within the best interests of the association and its members.
